Chemotherapy Treatment in St. Louis

Medical oncologists are specially trained to treat cancer with systemic drugs (also known as "chemotherapy") that can destroy cancer cells. These drugs often are called "anticancer" drugs. Many of these drugs are administered through intravenous infusion.

At the David C. Pratt Cancer Center, we are proud to have physicians on staff who specialize in medical oncology. Search our Physician Directory

The Division of Medical Oncology also has a specialist in Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment and a comprehensive smoking cessation program. For more information, call 314-251-4400.
